Thankful and Grateful Swiss Navy Date Night Giveaway

Official Rules
1) Sponsor
Swiss Navy (the “Sponsor”), contact: Swiss Navy Media, email: swissnavymedia@gmail.com. The giveaway is administered on Instagram by the Sponsor and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”).

2) Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Void where prohibited by law or regulation.
- Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Instagram, and members of the immediate families or households of such individuals are not eligible.
- You must have a valid individual Instagram account in good standing to participate.

3) Entry Period
- Entry Period begins when giveaway announcement is posted on Instagram and ends at 11:59:59 PM on December 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
- Only entries submitted during the Entry Period will be eligible.

4) How to Enter (Four Simple Steps)
Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
- Step 1: Like the Sponsor’s Instagram page and the giveaway post.
- Step 2: Comment on the giveaway post with your favorite date night vibe.
- Step 3: Tag your plus one in the comments.
- Step 4: Ensure your Instagram account is public so we can contact you if you win.
- Limit: One entry per person. Additional comments or tags beyond the stated steps do not increase your chances of winning.

5) Prize (Total Approximate Value: $300)
- Grand Prize: A Thankful and Grateful Swiss Navy Date Night package valued at $300 (consisting of Swiss Navy products).
- Additional Prizes: Uber Eats gift card valued at $150.
- Bonus: A scented candle.
- Prize details, substitutions, and limitations: The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6) Winner Selection and Verification
- A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from the Sponsor and may be required to provide verification of eligibility (including age, location, and identity) and complete an eligibility affirmation and a publicity release.
- If a potential winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, or fails to provide required information, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
- By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to provide any requested information for tax reporting purposes. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7) Winner Announcement
- The winner will be announced on Instagram on or about January 15, 2026.
- By participating, entrants grant the Sponsor the right to publicly announce the winner on Sponsor’s Instagram account and other marketing channels.

8) Use of Entry Content and Publicity
- By entering, you grant the Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your comment and any other entry content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, and email communications.
- You understand and agree that your entry may be shared publicly and could be reposted by the Sponsor.

9) Privacy
- Information collected online is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
- By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for prize fulfillment and potential publicity.

10) General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Instagram, the Sponsor, and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or the use of a prize.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.
- The Sponsor may limit or disqualify entries that appear to be generated by robots, scripts, or other automated means.
- This sweepstakes is governed by laws of the Sponsor’s jurisdiction and is void where prohibited.

11) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Instagram is not a sponsor of this sweepstakes. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any issues related to Instagram functionality or outages.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for lost or unavailable network connections, failed communications, or any other errors or issues that may prevent an entry from being received or processed.

12) Regulatory Compliance and Advertising Platform Guidelines
- The Sponsor will comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to truth-in-advertising, contests, and promotions laws.
- This sweepstakes complies with Instagram’s Promotions Guidelines. This promotion is not endorsed or sponsored by Instagram.

14) Right to cancel or modify
- The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without liability, except as required by law.
