Returns & Refunds Policy

Please review this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before initiating a return. This policy may be updated periodically, and customers are encouraged to review it regularly.

MD Science Lab is committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We accept returns of damaged, defective, and eligible non-defective products in accordance with the terms outlined below.

General Return Requirements

Products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product is in sellable condition.
• The product is returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with unless the product is damaged or defective.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to products that are returned opened or are otherwise no longer in sellable condition.

Return Shipping

MD Science Lab will provide free return shipping when we have shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In these cases, only the product purchase price will be refunded; the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Shipping charges will not be refunded when a customer refuses to accept a package.

Packages that are refused or returned as undeliverable due to an insufficient or incorrect shipping address will be refunded less applicable shipping charges.

Refund Processing

Refunds or account credits will generally be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, subject to inspection and approval.

Return processing may take up to 10 business days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.

Damaged Goods

If a product is damaged during shipping and the damage is identified upon receipt, MD Science Lab will replace the damaged product, subject to the applicable return procedures.

Customers must contact Customer Care or their assigned sales representative to arrange the return of damaged products.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon receipt and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may be denied.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns require an RMA number before the product is shipped back to MD Science Lab.

To initiate a return, the purchaser must contact the sales representative responsible for their account and obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the package being returned.

Returns received without a valid RMA number may not be eligible for credit, replacement, or exchange.

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. MD Science Lab will determine whether the returned products meet the applicable eligibility requirements for a credit, replacement, or exchange.

If the original packaging was damaged during shipping, customers should ensure that the products are repackaged appropriately and securely before returning them.

Defective Goods

Unless otherwise specified, MD Science Lab accepts exchanges for defective, non-expired products.

Upon inspection of a defective product, MD Science Lab will determine the appropriate resolution. At its discretion, MD Science Lab may:

• Issue a credit; or
• Ship a replacement product.

Credit will not be issued without a valid RMA number.

Return shipping costs for defective products may be credited depending on the nature of the defect. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Non-Defective Goods

MD Science Lab accepts returns of non-defective products on a case-by-case basis.

Products that are not selling well in the marketplace may, at MD Science Lab's discretion, be exchanged for other products or returned for credit. Eligible non-defective products must be returned within 6 months of receipt by the customer.

Approved non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Approved refunds or credits for non-defective returns will generally be processed within 10 business days after the returned products are received at our warehouse.

Customers must contact their sales representative to obtain an RMA number before returning any non-defective products. Credit will not be issued for non-defective returned products without a valid RMA number.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with non-defective returns. Original shipping charges will not be credited.

Expired Goods

Returns of expired products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

MD Science Lab reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances surrounding the expiration. Depending on the circumstances, expired products may be:

• Replaced with non-expired products of the same type;
• Exchanged for another MD Science Lab product of equivalent value; or
• Determined to be ineligible for credit.

An RMA number must be obtained before returning any expired product.

All products are guaranteed against defects or degradation for a minimum of 36 months from the date of manufacture, unless otherwise specified.

Important Return Requirements

Before returning any product, please ensure that:

1. You have contacted your assigned sales representative or Customer Care.
2. You have obtained a valid RMA number.
3. The RMA number is clearly displayed on the return package.
4. The product is securely packaged for shipment.
5. Applicable return deadlines have been met.
6. The product is accompanied by any documentation requested by MD Science Lab.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the return being denied or a credit, replacement, or exchange being unavailable.
