Returns & Refunds:

 

Please assist us in processing your return quickly and efficiently by reviewing this document with care

as it will be updated regularly. 

MD Science Lab's goal is to ensure customers are totally satisfied with their purchases. We accept returns of damaged goods (see below) and other products if:

 

• The goods are in their original packaging
• In sellable condition
• Returned within 30 days of invoice date

 

We cannot accept returns that:

 

• Item has been opened or tampered with unless it is damaged or defective.

 

A Restocking Fee of 15% for items returned that are open or no longer in sellable condition will be applied.

 

• We provide free return shipping if we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Otherwise, a return shipping fee will apply (in addition a refund of only the product price not including the initial shipping charge will be credited)
• We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent.
• Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject to a refund less shipping.

 

Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received.

 

Damaged Goods:

 

If upon receipt goods are found to be in some way damaged in shipping MD Science Lab will replace said goods. Please call Customer Care to arrange for the return of products ordered.

To return goods the purchaser must call the sales representative responsible for their account and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be placed on the package to be returned. The customer/client is responsible for inspection of the received goods and requesting an RMA in a timely manner (not to exceed 48 hours). If excessive time passes between the times goods were received prior to the RMA request your return request will be denied.

 

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, or exchange. Please be sure to repack the goods in an acceptable method if the original packaging was damaged during shipping. Returns processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received at our warehouse.

 

Defective Goods:

 

Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on all non expired products. We shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may either issue a credit or ship a replacement product. Credit will not be issued without a Return Authorization (RMA Number). Shipping for the return may be credited depending on the type of defect and each case is judged on a case by case

basis depending on the type of defect.

 

Non-Defective Goods:

 

We accept NON-DEFECTIVE returns. All NON-Defective returns are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Goods received by the customer that are not selling well in the market place can be exchanged for goods or returned for credit. These goods must be returned within 6 months of receipt by the client. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for credit will be subject to a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE. Such returns if agreed to will be refunded within 10 business days from the time your return is received at our warehouse. Please call your sales representative to obtain an RMA Number for any items you wish to return. Credit will not be issued for Non-Defective returned items without a Return Authorization Number. We do not credit shipping. Shipping on all returns will be at the customer's expense for all Non-Defective items.

 

Expired Goods:

 

Return of expired goods will be negotiated on a case by case basis and whereby MD Science Lab reserves the right to determine the correct and "fair" course of action. Expired goods will be either replaced with non-expired goods of the same type or exchanged for an equivalent value of another MD Science Lab product or may not be credited depending on the circumstances leading to the expiration. Expired goods are handled on a case by case basis whereby MD Science Lab reserves the right to determine the correct and "fair" course of action. An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning expired goods. All goods are guaranteed against defects or degradation for a minimum of 36 months from time of manufacture.
