Swiss Navy GoThryve Survey Giveaway — Official Rules
1. Sponsor and Purpose
Sponsor: Swiss Navy (the “Sponsor” or “SwissNavy”).
Purpose: To engage participants through a free-entry sweepstakes tied to completing the GoThryve survey.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
Employees, interns, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliate companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law or regulation.
3. Entry Period
Start date: 11/14/25
End date: December 31, 2025
All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the GoThryve survey (the “Survey”) during the Entry Period.
Each completed Survey entry constitutes one entry into the prize drawing.
There is no limit to the number of survey completions per participant; however, duplicate entries or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) Amazon gift card valued at $150 (approximate retail value).
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Prize fulfillment will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
6. Discount Code for Participants
All participants will also receive a one-time code for 30% off at swissnavy.com, valid until December 31, 2025, unless otherwise communicated by Sponsor.
7. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will be conducted by an independent third party or by Sponsor’s internal team using a computerized randomization process to ensure fairness.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified via email on or about January 31, 2026.
The winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide information necessary for prize fulfillment (including, without limitation, name, address, and tax-related information as applicable).
If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial prize notification, an alternate winner may be selected through the same drawing process.
Prize acceptance is subject to verification of eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, delay, or rescind a prize if fraud or misrepresentation is detected.
9. Publicity
By participating, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name and survey responses for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials, unless prohibited by law.
If you prefer not to have your name used for publicity, you must notify Sponsor in writing at the time of entry or contact Sponsor at the address below to opt out.
10. Privacy and Data Use
Survey responses will be used to improve Sponsor’s products and marketing.
Data will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at www.swissnavy.com/privacy-policy
By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your survey responses for product improvement and marketing purposes, and to any disclosures required by law.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without liability to participants to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance: All participants must comply with applicable state, federal, and local laws and platform policies.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize or the entry process.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, incomplete, misdirected, or lost entries; (b) technical, data, or email delivery errors; (c) any damages or losses arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt of the prize.
13. Taxes
Any tax liability resulting from prize receipt is the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require the winner to provide tax identification information as required by law
